So let's take a look at the best bidet attachments, shall we?
How to Choose the Right Bidet Attachment
There are many different products and you may find choosing one to be difficult. Here are some questions to think about when choosing the right product.
Do I have a warm water connection?
If you don't have a warm water connection, then the Luxe Neo 320 might be hard to install in your bathroom. If the warm water is a necessity, you may be able to buy a longer hose in order to connect it with the sink's warm water source. Another alternative would be to go for a bidet seat, which are typically electric and heats up the water itself instead of drawing from your home.
How strong is my home water pressure?
With bidet attachments, the strength of the spray can be dependent on your home's water pressure. Some tend to come with a mediocre t-valve, so if the water pressure is too high, these t-valves may start to leak. If that's the case, we recommend going for attachments that are known to regulate pressure like the GenieBidet Ultra Thin Toilet Attachment or investing in a separate higher quality t-valve.
Limited space in your bathroom?
If there's limited space near your toilet, then some of these models like the Luxe models may not fit. The GenieBidet Ultra Thin Toilet Attachment or Brondell Thinline SimpleSpa have a slimmer design, but if there's not enough space for these as well, then another option would be to look into bidet sprays or seats with a remote control.
Do I need a front wash?
For some, the front wash can be just as important as the normal wash, so it's good to check if the model has that option. The Luxe Neo 120 is an example of a model without one and the Brondell Thinline SimpleSpa has the option of adding the front wash.
Will it fit on my toilet?
Bidet attachments usually tend to fit on most standard American toilets, but there are always some exceptions. One note of caution is that if you own a French curve toilet, where there's a curve connecting the tank and seat, as opposed to a sharp right angle, then there are higher possibilities of the bidet not fitting. It's a good idea to know your toilet model and check to see whether there will be any problems in installing the attachment.
Best Bidet Attachment Reviews
The Luxe Neo 320 is an all in one device, having all the features that other products have such as the front wash and the nozzle cleaner.
In addition to that, the Luxe Neo 320 is one of the few non-electric attachments to provide a warm water spray, which is defnitely a necessity for areas that get cold during the winter.
However, because it requires a warm water connection, it requires your sink to be close to the toilet so it cannot fit all bathrooms. If your sink or a hot water source is far away from the toilet, you may have to buy a separate extended hose. Otherwise, the Neo 320 can also work with just a cold water connection.
- Warm water option
- Has all features of other attachments
- Easy install
- 18 month warranty
- Requires a warm water connection
- Plastic parts not sturdy
- temperature of water depends on your home
Best Cold Water Option
The GenieBidet Ultra Thin Toilet Attachment has a unique minimalist design that makes it one of the best choices, especially for those with mobility problems. The fixture itself is 0.2 inches thick so it won't raise your toilet seat by much after installing.
The GenieBidet Ultra Thin Toilet Attachment also comes with a pressure regulator that prevents the spray from being too strong, which is a common problem among attachments. They also give instructions for removing the regulator if the spray is too weak.
This bidet tends not to leak as much as other attachment models, but once it does, GenieBidet has excellent responsive customer service and they can send you the replacement parts right away.
- Easy to use, ergonomic design
- Pressure regulator
- Great customer service
- 1 year warranty
- Feminine sprayer has a bad angle
- No warm water
Best for the money
If you're looking for a simple, no-frills cleaner, then the Luxe Neo 120 is your answer.
It doesn't have the luxury of a warm water stream, but it's easy to install, works in most bathrooms, and gets the job done. There's also a nozzle cleaning knob which is another step towards better hygiene.
When putting the Luxe Neo 120 to the test, the water pressure was indeed strong, even at the lowest settings. We simply took care of this by investing in a solid t-valve and leaving it open a little less than halfway.
- Easy to install
- Self clean nozzle
- 18 month warranty
- Plastic t-valve prone to leaks
- Strong water pressure even at low settings
- no front wash
Protip: Investing in a metal t-valve can fix your leak problem while also being able to lower the water pressure.
The Brondell Thinline SimpleSpa is another product with great design. While being the cheapest in our top list, it has one of the best designs. This model is also only 0.2 inches thick, barely raising the seat, and the controls have a unique minimalistic design that can fit on toilets close to the wall.
However, the controls are a bit sensitive and doesn't spring back to neutral, which isn't recommended for households with kids or pets. It's also not the best choice for long term use. Many have reported that something has started to break after a few months. Nevertheless, the Brondell Thinline SimpleSpa is a great item for those that just want to try out a non-expensive, simple product before investing into one to use lone term.
- Nice slim design
- easy to use controls
- thin attachment to the seat
- not meant for long term
- not good for those with kids or pets

You can clean the bidet attachment surface with a simple sponge and a cleaning solution. For the nozzle, you can use a toothbrush with some dish soap to lightly scrub down the nozzle area.
How do you adjust a bidet nozzle?
For bidet attachments, you can't adjust just the nozzle alone but you can adjust it's spray position by adjusting the entire fixture's setup on the seat.
